Non-profit teams require care to ensure ongoing health and well-being and to sustain meaningful action towards social justice. This package invests in Strengths-Based culture to achieve mission, while revitalizing individual purpose, inclusion, and team commitment. You will build team engagement and promote individual development and appreciation, coaching the team on topics designed to build self-awareness and team-awareness related to theme insights and dynamics, purpose and motivation, dynamic duos and partnerships, and aiming Strengths Domains. This interactive workshop is high energy and has immediate impact. Base price is $3,500. Additional expenses, such as assessment codes, 1:1 coaching, travel/lodging, may also apply.
